Since we started manufacturing the first automatic screw-fastening machines in Japan, we have consistently pursued quality improvement and facilitation of screw fastening work. Now we have a lineup of standard fastening equipment that covers various applications, from very small screws to bolts, supporting automatic assembly in various fields, such as the automotive industry. |
 |
We are good at not only fastening technologies but also manufacturing of special assembly machines that realize customer demands in optimum forms, in processes from machining to inspection. All of our products, such as the free cycle conveyors that serve as the base, the rectangular coordinate robots, and the image processors, are manufactured in our factories. Combination of diversified technologies creates new automation equipment. |

The Shiroyama Factory of the Machinery Division is a large-scale factory with a total length of 200 meters. It supports building a free cycle assembly system that fully automates your factory. In addition to lines for automobile equipment, home electric appliances, gas meters, gaming equipment and other products, the factory has recently started building assembly lines for plasma display panels (PDP). |
