We provide many high quality items which are essential for automobiles. Let us introduce a part of those items.

Door mirror

A combination of GIZA-TITE, resistant to vibration/temperature change, and TORX E type driver end for tightening.

Alternator

A height controlled knurl at the neck for press-fitting and a pole shaped end to insert easily into the partner material.

Water pump

GIZA-TITE. A screw resistant to vibration and temperature change, shows high anti-loosening ability under harsh environments.

Oil pump

Grooved pins. The elasticity of 3 V shaped grooves on the surface makes it highly self-sustainable when pressed into the material.

Intake manifold

GIZA-TITE. A screw resistant to vibration and temperature change, shows high anti-loosening ability under harsh environments.

Engine cover

A high hardness rivet to fasten without drilling a pilot hole, used to caulk two layers of an aluminum sandwiched paper material.

Engine plug

A stainless screw with regular thread, but a short length against nominal diameter. Eccentricity of head and inclination of bearing surface is controlled.

Plug cord

An item made from brass. A non-turning knurl on one side and tapping-type 1 thread on the other. Screw end is sharpened.

Variable Cam Timing (ＶＣＴ)

5 lobe TORX Plus recess prevent from removing and improve transmission of the torque. Bearing surface is capped flange shape.

Headlight

3 steps (different diameter) is formed under the head by forward extrusion. It has a triple-lead thread with a special ridge.

Car air-conditioner

Spring pin. Made by winding a sheet of metal 2 & 1/4 times. Its strong elasticity realize the ability against vibration and impact.

Windshield wiper

An item with globe shaped head made by cold heading.

Air-bag

Stainless item with a pierced-hole. Concentricity, flatness, surface roughness, and eccentricity of the axis against the hole are controlled.

Sensor

The bottom surface of the head is cup shaped and a step is made on the axis, to stabilize the o-ring when fastening.

Shift lever

An item with oval and circle shaped axis. V-shaped groove engraved when cold forged is designed on 3 points of the circular axis.

Sun roof

A rivet to punch through and caulk high-tensile steel. The depth and diameter of the hole is adjusted to achieve a strong fastening ability.

Assist grip

Barb-lok pin. A press fit pin for plastic. 3 bumps on the circular axis realize a great effect upon vibration and shock, preventing it to drop out.

Seat belt

The groove is designed to break at a certain amount of pressure. For use on soft steel , thread is a less-stress screw “ALUMI-TITE”.

TAPTITE2000. A combination of trilobular body and curved flank thread, realize a high mechanical property, fastening ability, and workability.

Rear door

Cold headed 4 shoulder rivet. Center hole is designed for caulking.
